OK, so I finally got fed up with my individual help desk system for all my products.
Half the time I didn’t even get notified when there was a ticket. Luckily for me, I’m really on top of it and check the tickets every couple of days, just in case…
I can’t tell you how many times the notification system didn’t work.
So, I finally said, “ENOUGH!” and bought a high-quality stand-alone support system and created a website just to handle the customer support.
This is my first post to the “News” area (which is basically a blog for what’s going on with the new help system).
Anyway, I don’t have time to mess with this…
I’ve got to get busy working on this for our (my) customers!
