Request all refunds by issuing a new support ticket and indicating you want a refund. Refunds take precedence over all other support tickets. All agents are instructed to process refunds IMMEDIATELY as soon as they see the support ticket request. It can take up to 24-hours as long as it isn't a weekend or holiday, but usually it's processed within a few minutes to a few hours at the most.
