Our general refund policy on one-time purchases of digital products, unless otherwise stipulated on the sales page, is a 30-day money-back guarantee. That means you can request a refund for any reason as long as it's within 30-days after you purchased the product. Subscription refunds are for the initial month only. After the first 30-days, there are no refunds after that. Request all refunds by issuing a new support ticket and indicating you want a refund. Refunds take precedence over all other support tickets. We process them IMMEDIATELY as soon as we see the support ticket request. It can take up to 24-hours as long as it isn't a weekend or holiday, but usually it's processed within a few minutes to a few hours at the most.
