The payment went through but it didn't complete the order
If you made a purchase and the payment went through but you got a "cannot complete order" error message (or something similar) please fill out a support ticket and include the following information:
Give us a copy of your payment receipt if possible.
Let us know what product you purchased.
Let us know the exact error message to the best of your recollection.
Don't worry, we WILL get to the bottom of this issue and get you your product.
