If you're unable to download your product, it can be a number of issues.

Try reloading the page. Sometimes this resets the server and allows the download to proceed.

If you're using a pop-up blocker, try disabling it temporarily, then reload the page to see if that resolves the issue.

Try reloading the page then right-clicking the link and choosing "Save link as..." or something similar depending on your browser.

If all else fails, please fill out a support ticket and we'll get you taken care of as soon as possible.
